The exact number is 10932.5. The 0.5 link is very important because it tells Google that your site should be at PR5. If you wanted PR6, you should use the following formula to determine your link strategy: ((N*P)/R)^1/2 where N is equal to the number of links to your page, P is the total number of pages currently indexed by Google's servers, and R is the rank you want to achieve. Don't even ask about PR7...merely writing out the math formula would probably induce a quantum singularity, never mind applying it.
