How does one Optimize better for MSN?

I need to know how to optimize better for MSN. I'm on page Page 1 (the last one) for one of my terms, and page 2 (the first one) for the other 3.
I've basically done nothing and gotten that, lol, but how can I improve it?

MSN focuses a lot on on-site optimization. Make sure you are using <h1>, <h2>, <h3>, <b>, and <i> tags to highlight important content. I think keyword density might also be a factor but I'm not sure.

Keyword density is also a factor. Increase your keyword density but make sure your content is still appealing to users

I've found simply using my keyword in the domain name and/or page file name, Title tags, H1, H2 etc and good keyword articles, I can rank in MSN very well for just about anything.
Staying there however seems to be another matter!

Backlinks as usually and keyword in url help in msn too...

relevance and weight in keywords is a must in MSN but it can only obtain through deep linking and submitting your site in related directory of your site's niche
