I have a low PageRank on my site How do i get it up to like PR 6 etc???

Add your site directories, put some good keyword rich content on your site and exchange links with other sites.

You can't get to PR6. You need several quality sites linking to you [they also need PR5-6]. And your site will need to be of a similar standard to theirs for them to consider linking.
