I think it doesn't matter, mine jumps everywhere with or without lots impressions.

^^ same with me, really. One day my CTR will be huge, and the next day, zero. Once I went from 300 CTR to 0 in the course of a couple hours.

Its based on the advt u get,because these are contexual ads
and CTR of 300% may be because you saw the data from one google server and which updates later
