www.statcounters PR is now 10. I am sure it was 7 last week. Could this be an error on googles behalf? I mean that puts it on par with W3.org

Must have been your toolbar acting up, because I've known it to be a 10 for a looongggg time now.

Yeah, they've always been 10. Smart guys, having all their stat toolbars link back to them.
