Yes you are right. If we delete the unrelated links it will help to get better ranks. He has deleted all those unrelated links. But my another question is, If he deleted the related links that having no link back to our site, will the rank decreases? B'se we do not like to lose the current ranking.

It would be better to worry more about your traffic than your "ranking".

Depending on how you rank with a couple of words for traffic just isn't a very good strategy (especially if its around 200, as suggested).

Try to focus on building some community around your site, serving visitors well so they become repeat visitors and share knowledge of your site with their acquaintances.

Hello Every Body. I have found a miracle on my test with the post.

It Has been increased the Ranking in Google. When I was deleted the links it was in 224th position. Now it is in 139th position.

Good to hear that... but try to opt also on long tail (relevant) keywords so as to drive more traffic to your site. 139th position won't give you any good traffic

they won't get bogged down in useless ideas like "relevant links" then, and they might even have links that are useful to the site visitors.
