I juz tried to sign-up with " Digital point Keyword Tracker " ! But its asking an " API KEY or API CODE ? Whats this ? Where to get and how to use it ?

Moreover, which keyword tracker ( Website ) is best to see our website positioning and ranking in major search engines ( Google, Yahoo and MSN ) ?

Please let me know, I am a new born babe in SEO Process !

The Google API is long gone so you cannot get one any more.

Checking ranking is a futile, pointless exercise nowadays, because all the SEs have multiple unsynched datacentres. So what you see is not what other people see, and what you see can (and does) change from hour to hour.

Well.......however raking tools are not so accurate but still can give you an idea about where your site rank on major search engines and its vary time to time for this SEOElite is really good tool as i am using it......and also I check ranking for my sites manually which are among top ranks.

You can atleast track\view search volumes for keywords with Google Trends, this data is unique to Google searches only.

Your site stats. If you see referrals, you're ranking on at least one datacentre. If you're not, you need work.

There is no other piece of software that will tell you anything other than a bunch of alchemic gibberish that only serves to line the pockets of the "leaders" in this community.
