could someone please tell me why www.ryfa.co.za is not on google at all? Even if i search for "ryfa.co.za" still nothing. The page title is "ryfa interiors" hope someone can help.

Looks like someone didn't pay the bill. Maybe it's because of this reason that Google can't reach and index the site.
My suggestion to you would be to suck it up, pay the 50.00 (that seems really steep, by the way, although I don't know anything about .co.za as a TLD from a pricing standpoint), and wait.
Mind you, I can reach the site from Toronto, so this doesn't make sense; why would an unpaid domain still resolve? Must be a South Africa thing.
Not necessarily. Google does have the ability to do WHOIS lookups (they are an ICANN-accredited registrar). If they see that, that may be throwing them. Mind you, I'm also seeing domain registrar parked pages for expired domains in SERPs, so I'm not 100% sure on that.
The other possibility is simply that you don't have any inbound links as of yet (although the one you posted will be a first.)
At any rate, I'd still get that domain thing fixed up.
