Okay first off my website is taking ages for google to add to search, found out the original owner of my domain used as a sale / spam website for Viagra and other prescriptions.

So finally they're slowly adding my website.

Now I want to get a good page rank for my site which is www.vietnow.org so I need suggestions, I've never really put money or work in SEO so I need suggestions how to get my page rank higher, I can invest money also if needed to get it higher.

David you're asking a very general question so it's hard to answer. My suggestion would be to spend a little time here searching the forums. There's plenty of advice (both good and bad) inside. Once you've digested a little of the information please ask some more specific questions.

I'm not trying to avoid the question, but it's impossible to give you an answer in one post or thread. My guess is a few posts behind me you're going to get some very vague one line advice.

I will say not to focus your efforts on PageRank. PR is not the end result. If you do other things right your PageRank will go up. If you focus on PR as the goal you'll likely be going off the path to success.

You have no content a many of your pages so Google has nothing to list! Empty pages are pointless, either not make them live or put some sort of content on the page that will be useful or informative to your visitors.

Apart from that as vangogh says, search the forums because this topic has been discussed many times bfore.
