Dear friends

I have created this radio website and need SEO advise to gain more organic traffic.
http://www.124radiostation.com
I am using Online Radio Station, anchor text for directory submissions and link exchange. Any suggestions that helps things geting better will be appreciated

Well you need to find some web sites that are on the same topic as yours allso forums that are about music join them put you web site in the sig and just chat to them the web sites that you find send them anice email asking do they want to swap links and keep this up say 1 houre a day and your soon get the traffic you need

try socialbookmarking especially stumbleupon, digg and technorati as these three were a good source of traffic. You can also try social media optimization

Do some article marketing.

And your visitors could use some content. You could, post some articles on Music, create a blog or you could subscribe to Music News.

I think you should make a gadget and distribute it for free so that people can add your gadget in their website or blogs…
Make some music video with your website name in the bottom and submit it to the website like youtube

better promote your site to different web directories, social bookmark it, submit some press release and article about it. Doing this things regularly will be the answer to your problem.

1.directory submission
2.write and submit article
3.social bookmarking
4.link exchange
5. forums
6. blogs

Forget link exchanges - Google is becoming more and more hostile to link exchanges that attempt to manipulate search engine rankings - why would it like people messing up its search pages?

Giga_girl, you forgot the most important advise on how to get high rankings - provide quality unique content that people will recommend and link to themselves NATURALLY

Like whym said your content is crucial for your site success. After that you can mix different SEO techniques, and try to stay on path of the White Hat

Make a detailed keyword study using overture and google adwords tool. As you have got a new site, I would advise you to optimize your site for keywords that have less or average competition.
