I'm really baffled on this one because I thought I had a winner here. I'm only charging $7 for my ebook package and as far as I can see I'm not doing anything wrong? So far I've only made about 5 sales. Heck I'm even throwing in free updates. Can anyone figure out what I'm doing wrong here? You can see the link to my ebook package in my signature.

People have got wise to "Ebooks", the vast majority of them are the same old ebooks regurgatated time and time again (mostly sold with "full resale rights"). And quite frankly they don't offer anything you can't find readily available on the web.

You're missing the point here. Most people don't buy ebooks with resale rights for the information. They buy them to resell them.

There's no point spreading junk around the world, it doesn't work any more, $7 for an ebook package, I doubt the quality would be any good, most likely duplicated content that's unsellable.

you need to have market it correctly in front of audience that you want. you must be throwing your information towards wrong audience

Sometimes it will work if you raise the price, $7 to some people might seem like a junk Ebook.

Sooo many different factors could be affecting that, kinda hard to know where to start. Maybe start with the declining success of ebooks in general though, as people seem to be realising that they are largely full of absolute rubbish.

Not saying that yours is, just pointing out a widespread view of ebooks

I can aquire 1000s of "ebooks" for free, and I wouldn't try to sell any of this garbage. Yours might be different then every ebook out there, but I wouldn't trust that for $1.

I would suggest giving away "a taste" so visitors can decide if it's worth buying.

dont listen to all of the above (from my point of view).

you could make a nice income from this.
1.choose and class your audience
2.market to this audience only
3.give samples (chapters) to read in site.
4.do not sound cheezy ("lifetime opportunity ..")
5.good design - trust able site
6. seo

and from my opinion you should raise the price, thats how you create liability .
believe it or not, people like paying.

now a little cmnt for kline11.
i could get ANYTHING for free in the web.
i could get any app for any device for free
like most of the people you know right ?

OK, that dosent mean that the other 1Billion people do that .
in the contrary , people buy like there is no tomorrow!

another advice, translate! niche e books could fit overseas countries (Europe especially) and the same kind of audiance you cannot reach, in other language !

my last and best advice is optimization and positivity .

May begin to decline, but in general the success of e-books, people seem to realize that they are absolute rubbish mostly full.

Look over at Warrior forum, literally every single member is selling an ebook. You need to give something away for free, then focus on selling after you've got your potential customers' attention.
