There's an alert on our Settings Page - Scriptlance Members -> Add a verified payment source to get your reviews transferred to Freelancer.com.

What kind of bad policy is this? We worked so hard to earn our reviews on scriptlance and now we have pay to get them back???

This is totally unacceptable.

Any comments from the support about this?

You need to go to Freelancer support to get answers......
We do not handle that here...)

Incorrect! You do NOT have to "pay" to get your reviews from SL, you only have to "Add a payment method" (either Paypal or Credit Card) for "verification" only!

If you're skeptical, you can cancel the subscription once you have the reviews copied over to your freelancer account. (hint, I just did that!

Thank you Rajesh, but the thing is - When I enter my Paypal password, It asks for a Credit Card Number with expiry date and all that. Now I do not have a credit card or a credit card linked to paypal because I never had the need as I used paypal to withdraw my funds from scriptlance.

And it has a message at the top: "To complete this payment, add a debit or credit card to your PayPal account. Your card will not be charged unless the transaction amount exceeds your balance."

I have attached a snapshot.

If you know anything about this, please let me know.

Thanks.

Okay. Successfully got my reviews transferred by adding debit card details.
My profile shows my reviews. But when I bid on a project, my reviews shown are 0.

I wonder when it will sink in (if ever) at Freelancer that before the add things to the forum they do actually need somebody in place who can or will answer the questions?????

I am dissapointed.

- Firstly, i could not find any contact form/help desk
- Secondly i verified my PayPal but i still didn't got my 144 reviews transferred here, even if i was a Certified member on Sl.

Anyone any clue on how to get in touch with someone from freelancer.com?
All i found was an old helpdesk from getafreelancer, but my logins doesn't work there..

I suppose i am not the only one who will leave this site alone..Great acquisition of freelancers who don't want to work here..

Statebank Maestro card not even accepted for verification, I wonder how we get our reviews earned after years of hardwork.

The worst acquisition ever.

Live support have no solution and customer support don't reply. Anybody else here having the same problem????

Hello Bereczandor,

Unfortunately I can't answer when they will answer in a support email or any of your questions. This is the Webmaster side of Freelancer, help with coding, etc. No doubt in my mind someone will help, sometimes it does take time though.....
