i have health related sites and i am doing content page link exchnage in return i will ad your link on my internal page which has more contents and less out going links with minimum pr -4.google crawl content page than a link page or resource pages and the link will be a natural way of link exchnage and your link will get more exposure and google spider bots can crawl the contents in the text very easily .

link because. Google appreciates content pages than links pages. Content
pages have no outbound links and your link will get more exposure.Google
spider bots can crawl the text in the content page easily.It will be a

Will you please stop repeating this speculation in every post you make.

it is NOT a "natural" way of linking when you are asking for the links !!!!!!!!!!!!
