Hello,

After reading all these amazing stories about how even a 17 year old was making money nice and quick, it inspired me to try it myself.

I am thinking about starting... I just have a few problems.

My parents don't really think that I can make some actual money (like, $100 month like you guys

) and show that my site has some value, of course, my parent love my site, they think it's amazing, but I don't really know if I could make some cash off of it. My other problem is that I don't have a PayPal, Credit Card... You name it, I don't have it. I'm not like most of you guys here, being 18+ mostly, so therefore I don't have access to my bank account. I'm not some 8 year old that wants some extra money, I'm of a 'substantial' age, you could call it. I don't have any website friends at school, so I'm kind of alone on that one, nobody to talk to that I can share my web knowledge without sounding like a total loser nerd.

So my question is; how could I make some money without a bank account or an age over 18? I've only been coding for about a year now, but I'd be a little more motivated if I had something to work for (money). I don't have any money to help kickstart this thing (which is why I want this), because I've seen things where you pay a small fee for setup... I can't do that, I have NO MONEY. I'M IN RAGS!

I've releasing some new web software soon, but I don't think it's worthy enough of costing a few bucks or anything, so I'm keeping it free.

I'm willing to design websites, logos, and other web related stuff for people, and I am doing that, however, for FREE.

Take a look at my site - http://www.pgreviews.com - it's a review site that has much more than reviews on it, it's sort of one of those 'everything' sites.

So I'm feeling really inspired to show that I CAN DO IT, but I need to know HOW.

You don't need a bank account to make money from Google Adsense. They will send you a check when your account reaches $100. You may need to be 18 years old, however. Not sure, you should read their terms of service.

Anyone with an email address can use Paypal, and you can apply for their debit card so you don't technically need a bank account for that either. Again, you should read their TOS, since there might be special terms for anyone under 18.

Chances are, you'll just need to get your parents to sign off on stuff.

Frankly I didnt like the color it may depends from person to person if you will change it will look more sober

I think the website is to 90's. I feel you need to brush up on today's web standards (Web 2.0) this will attract more people and in return provide you with more money. Best of luck!

So what could I do to make it better? Tone down on the contrast? IDK, I like it the way it is now, but if everybody else doesn't then by all means - I'll change it! I don''t know what to change, though.

For your money problems. " You meant you are an undeage who could not have a bank account? You can make a paypal account and if your father,mother,elder brother/sister or even a friend got a bank account can get money transfered to the specified account. If it aint works for you. You can keep the order of your payments Via Western Union.
Use google adsense to get some ads.
Please change the background color it really makes difficult even to look at it. I, personally, dont like the name "Physicsguy" for your multipurpose web portal. If you are seriously looking to get real bucks you gota change things according to the standard and system. Make it according to the standard of online society not as per your domestic rule or interest. It is good for your family because being an issue you are at least doing something. But it needs improvement mate.

Well we are the same. Me too, no one believes that I can make money out of the net but unlike you, I dont have talents or extra services to boasts for. (maybe forum posting?) i believe I can make about $5 a day just by forum posting. I searched the net high and low for infos and job opportunities and I found a lot. I also have a paypal with me. Unverified. But still! I can receive payments. Mind you, Im still underage like you.

Your website seems kinda confusing to me. I go to your website and I am looking for reviews and then I see guitar tabs.

So I am confused on what is the main purpose of your website. My suggestion is to pick one topic you are truly interested in start writing about it. Start optimizing it. And build a truly good content website.

Can you make money from that website?
Yes

But it will take a little more work and harder time if you are two broad.

For example you can make more money from adsense if you write about a topic that has low competition and low search volume if they have high paying keywords.

I wish I was your age. You can really kill it with SEO so by the time you are my age you will be making a good $2,000 a month by the time you are 23 and life will just be easier.

And back in my first post, I said I'm releasing some web software... I said it would be free, but considering it's already... 1349 lines nd repidly climbing, I might put it up for a small fee...

And I'll get rid of the guitar tab (it sucks anyways

) and focus more on SEO.

Don't try to limit yourself for just a simple reason that you're not talented. Try to read useful materials over the net. Join forums which can provide you jobs. In case you don't know that particular job, Google it. That's how I've started earning money online.

You've made a start and that is great - you are also asking all the right questions too!

On reviewing your site, I immediately was put off by the black background and white text. This is an absolute no no if you are trying to attract customers. Most visitors to your site will not stay long enough to read any reviews nor will they click on any monetizing links that you have. One thing you shouldn't do when starting out is do a site that has a lot of different topics/niches. This confuses the search engines and you will find it very difficult to get organic traffic. Choose just one niche and make sure your domain name is related to the niche. Do some keyword research using the google keyword tool which is free. Also make sure your niche is profitable first by seeing how many google ads there are for each keyword phrase you find, then write your reviews around each keyword phrase to get targeted traffic. You will then get natural organic visitors to your site and monetize through clickbank and other affiliate products. Make sure to build links to your pages using article marketing, video marketing and social bookmarking.

You also don't need a bank account to make money. Clickbank will send you cheques and there are places that will cash these cheques for you without a bank account. Though saying that, you are of an age to get a bank account and it is a lot easier. You could also sign up for a clickbank account or other affiliate accounts in an older friend, sibling or parent's name and get them to cash the cheque for you! There is always a way around it. Check out Carl Ocab's site - 13 year old blogger - he is making a fortune online.

at the age of 65 years he was left with 100 US$ and an old beaten car.

then to earn a living he started selling a recipe of his mother, he knocked 1000 doors before he got his first order.

I think the best thing about the internet is that it empowers all business-minded folks by helping them start their own business -- regardless of age. Kudos to young businessmen/women. You guys are an inspiration.

As far as I know Google has its own rules regarding this. Recall those policies and instructions to start your Adsense.

Yes reading the posts on here it looks like you have to be under 20 to have any chance of making it big.

I have known a couple of teenagers myself who are making a couple of bucks even though they don’t have bank accounts or are less than 18 years of age. They are indeed an inspiration for a lot of youth nowadays. I say that with determination to save the little that you get out of your passion or line of expertise you can really make it all happen. Success stories of those from rags to riches all have one thing in common: DETERMINATION. I think that in doing something you are really fond of and turning that into something productive and maybe start by earn a little from it is a good start for young people like you so that not only do you get to earn but more importantly you enjoy what you do which will keep you going. Also always remember that confidence in your art and believing in yourself are important factors in pursuing your goals in life.
