For anyone without youtube capability - the upshot is that Condoleeza Rice tabled a motion for a ceasefire in gaza at a particular point in the genocide, and then it came to voting time - it would have gone through, this motion, tabled by Condoleeza. Her boss, Ehud Olmert, called up his junior manager George Bush, and said not to vote for it. So he called Rice, who then DID NOT VOTE FOR THE MOTION SHE HERSELF TABLED.
So in short, the USA is a lapdog to the global juntahood of military-empowered brainless idiots who screw our entire society over at their leisure.
In more realworld terms it means that Olmert, Bush and their lackeys are 100% to blame for ALL ISRAELI AND PALESTINIAN DEATHS over the gaza incident, including the spate of terrorist attacks indubitably on its way to Tel Aviv, Jerusalem and other locations in what the U.N. agrees is illegally called The State of Israel - quite a lot of what is Israel is well outside the borders that the U.N. has been calling for it to return to for DECADES.
