Why do you think Obama supporters in 2008 would be sympathetic to the Component Object Model? That's been around since Windows 95 or earlier. Democrats tend to be more tech savvy than Republicans - just look at Silicone Valley.

HAHA. Well, I was referring to communist sympathizers, but since we are on the topic, I do believe Obama supporters probably would say Microsoft distributes superior technology products and architecture. I think my reasoning is pretty self explanitory.

Regarding a higher percentage of Democrats being tech savy, your are probably right. Republicans are too old, generally speaking, to be too techy.

Why do you think Obama would be a Microsofty? You know Michael Moore and Rush Limbaugh stand together in agreement over the superiority of the Mac platform?

It seems Tim Robbins likes to opine about politics, it doesn't mean he knows anything about it. Since I consider Microsoft's architecture p*ss poor, it seems a virtual certainty that Obama supporters would think it rules! I know, that theory has a few logic flaws, but I'm running with it.

Rudy IS the man, now flawed logic there. Bad campaign strategy and failure of the republican base to see that simple fact are to blame.
