I'm hoping somebody can help me with this. One of my forum members has contacted me with a login error on my Board. He says this -

'i go on to the forum and try to log in, when it comes up with the logon page, i enter my details , and the authorisation code, i click login, but the page clears my details and comes up with a new authorisation code you are supposed to enter. it still says i am an anonymous user'

I have tried resetting his password to a default but he still has the problem and I have no ideas why this is happening. I can log in fine, but I'm an admin so that might be different. Is this my problem or something he is doing?

maybe your forum is using cookies for logins.. and that user isn't accepting cookies.. something like that would cause that exact problem..

How would I be able to change this to resolve the problem?

it wouldn't be your problem.. inform your users that they need cookies enabled.. unless your forum has an alternative method for tracking logins, but that you have to check in your forum docs
