i recently set up www.gamesvolcano.com and a couple of people have mention i should should shorten the game URL's for better SEO...

Heres is what the links currently look like,

Here is what i would like them to look like,

http://www.gamesvolcano.com/Blast-Billiards/ or something similar http://www.gamesvolcano.com/game/Blast-Billiards/

The script is coded in PHP with a Mysql database (gamesitescript), i have a very very basic knowledge of PHP so any help appreciated,

Otherwise, if you use apache the most accepted convention is the use of mod rewrite. http://www.sitepoint.com/article/guide-url-rewriting

you need to use url-rewrite to transform
http://www.gamesvolcano.com/index.ph...#37;20Rider/1/ into
http://www.gamesvolcano.com/category/Line%20Rider/1/

to do this ... you need to do 2 things
1. setup the url-rewrite rule using .htacces
2. redo all you're links in the scripts to the short form
