PHP code displaying, but not rendering?

Hi:

There seems to be an issue with my code?

If you go to here if Firefox and then MSIE, you'll see what I mean.

In MSIE, right-click and view the source. All of the code is there, but the site doesn't display anything.

Hey Nick, close title tag. Use </title> instead of <title>. It works in IE after change that.

missing close tag is really matter for PHP execution? I thought it is only HTML tag incompletion but nothing to do with PHP.

To make a VERY long story short, I was intending on using SHTML; however, I had some issues, so I changed the files to PHP. The PHP files were simply displaying the HTML code, so that's the reason it was messing up. I have since changed back to SHTML files.
