hi frnds,
i want to install PHP4.4.5 with apache as web server and Mysql as database.i dont know anything abtout these...iam new to these community.

please... help me by giving detailed step for installing PHP.

You could always download and install a packaged system. Personally, I use Ruby On Rails. It provides Ruby, MySQL and PHP4 within Apache.

If you're new to all of this, then you'll need to read up on a lot of things, especially on tutorials to actually make PHP and HTML files.

there is a program i tried, and with a little tweaking i was able to get

apache, and php to work fine. I still can't get mysql to work but i think my thick head is to blame for that.

try

http://easyPHP.org

and see if it is useful for you. on my windows xp system installation was almost automatic.

hi
i have nice program it is easyphp have apache php mysql and phpmyadmin
i use iit from two years and very power
www.easyphp.org go and download and install it
