I'm running an Oekaki board, and I am using a PHP script to pull 3 random images from its constantly growing picture folder for use on my main page, problem is, all 3 end up being the same random image (most of the time, occasionally the last image will be different). Even when I run three copies of the script the results are the same.
Here is the script. Any help would be appreciated.

ABOUT
This PHP script will randomly select an image file from a
folder of images on your webserver. You can then link to it
as you would any standard image file and you'll see a random
image each time you reload.
When you want to add or remove images from the rotation-pool,
just add or remove them from the image rotation folder.
