Hi,

I would like to know is there a very basic ad manager where I can sell ad views (impressions), ad clicks, or time based ads? I am definitely not looking for something with Geo-Tracking with a fully functional ad manager, just one where I can do the very basic thing of sell clicks, impressions, and time based ads using paypal. A turnkey ad manager if you will. The reason, is I tried the mainstream ad managers like adpeeps, ad manager pro, and adquick, and they are all ok, but I want to now develop my own ad site where I am not limited to language for the template design. I don't want a plugin either, ex: Wordpress, Joomla, etc...Straight away ad manager, with no cms required.

Thank you!
Brian

The one I see mentioned all the time is OpenX. It probably has more features than you're looking for, but most every time I search for an ad manager it's everything seems to lead.

My guess most of what you'll find is going to have more features as opposed to less since it's what most people want. You might try the ad management scripts at HotScripts. Some might need a little work on your part, but they probably won't be as full featured.
