A beta is a TESTING VERSION of software, so what it is you want a beta version of and if you have a budget, post a thread in the market place freelance jobs section.

i want a beta code system, so requires a code to enter.

The reason why they put that is because it's closed beta, which means that only users with "beta code" can enter that site.

You need database and basic verification for that.

So where can i get one of those?

Have you ever worked with MySQL or any databases like that? I have used tizag.com and they have really good tutorials for php, and working with databases..

Lol, i gotta learn Java. well master it, so any other language ill probably get confused, please consider im only 15 so i have a smaller brain .
