A friend wants to have a live show next month on his website. He is in a well known band and knows that I do some web work. I haven't ever done anything w/webcasting though.

He wants to have it be like a cheezy late night show and broadcast live.

How can I accomplish this?

Any help is GREATLY appreciated.

How easy is it to stream it onto your own site?
I tried it once but was a bit drunk at the time and couldn't get it working.

Thanks! I saw that and saw it is free which is great!

Do you know how to handle having a couple of cameras set up though (for different angles)?

Also, I am worried they may shut us off... The band that is doing this is GWAR and they make a living out of being offensive.

I am either going with justin.tv or ustream.com.

Anyone have experience with either?

Does anyone know how I can have multiple camera angles (2) to switch back and forth from?

I was thinking maybe a A/B switch? Would that work?

A friend of mine in a well known band had the idea to do this show up in NY. Think a very vulgar late night talk show type thing. There will be a live audience, guests, etc. He wants to broadcast this on the web too.

Now I have never done this myself but know it is possible. I know we can use Ustream but we need to have multiple cameras etc.

Does anyone know the cheapest / best way to make this happen?
