I wanted to make a site that is like PHP-nuke and e107 in that you can edit the content without having to upload the entire page over. So that this way I can have people that dont know anything about php or html just login into the site and type up their articles. What I think im trying to get is a site like www.allrpg.com. They probably have a system where their staff writers can just login and type their articles. Anyone have any idea how I can do this? Is it possible using dreamweaver and maybe a plugin? or maybe theres something other than PHP that allows this through dreamweaver that I dont know about?
Thanks for your time.

Take a look at http://www.htmlarea.com/ for a free wysiwyg editor. Plenty of functionality in that.
