Generally you can't get big and complex sites, made for a specific purpose, for free. Perhaps there are some free scripts for some kind of general agency site, but you would have to modify it yourself to suit your own needs.
So, as chrishirst said, to get a fully customized and working script, you're gonna have to buy one or hire somebody to make it for you.
