if i'm breaking any rules for posting this here i apologize in advance but i need help with a little problem.
i run an online membership based eLearning website and i want to allow members to pay at locally based money transfer centers. my question is how would these local agents update the payment in our system? can there be a separate link they (agents) can go to, enter a unique (and always new) code with the member's username and submit payment after they've collected the cash?
