php Script Designers Wanted!

I am looking for creative php programmers and website designers that are able to edit templates and redesign php scripts. I would like to get a price for php web design work that I need done for a few scripts.

I am also considering the possibility of getting together webmasters that may be interested in organizing a design contest for php website designers that would payout cash prizes to the contest winners.

If anyone is interested please let me know or feel free to reply to this post with questions, comments, and/or concerns.

Just to be thoroughly pedantic;

websites CANNOT be designed in PHP. PHP is a merely a means of delivering the HTML source code to useragents.

Just because someone knows HTML does not mean they can edit the design of a php website.

I might, but others certainly don't.

That's why we get questions such as "Is PHP or HTML better for designing a website"

I understand what you mean, thank you for correcting me. I see how it could sound confusing to designers / webmasters that do not know much HTML and about editing the design of a php website.

You still don't get it. HTML makes webpages, PHP produces HTML.
