Anybody here know about PHPLive, the live chat/support application for web site owners? I want to set it up so that I can monitor several web sites but can't figure out how to do it so that I only have one "traffic window" on my local machine. I know I should be able to do this by using different departments but I am not sure where to start. Anyone with experience who can help, or at least point me in the right direction?
