Im new to PHP and very new to Forums.

I need a shoutbox at the top, above all the forums and below the header, as expected really.

But I need to edit the shoutbox, so that it matches my theme, and so that it is only a certain height.

And because I am new to this Im not really sure on how to add Mods to my forum.

Any ideas, or simple Tuts would be lovely.

Here's the PHPBB documentation for adding modules, which is always a good place to start when using their products. They also have a support forum.
