Hi, I run an online community and recently had a user complain that they are unable to login without attempting 3-8 times to get in. The user is on Vista Ultimate 64bit edition and is using Firefox 2.0.0.4.
I haven't had any complaints from other users who are running Vista home or business. Does this make any sense to you guys?
My site is of course in php. Hope this is the correct forum to post this question in.

Is your site being blocked from abroad thus they are using a proxy to access it?
