Something you're asking for is algorithmically very difficult to do correctly. Dealing with all different kinds of permutations in any programming language is going to be hard. Then, taking into account preference of each individual and things like that make the problem even more complicated. That is the reason you've probably been getting pretty vague answers. I think that hiring a freelancer is probably the way to go. Even if you do find a script, it won't do exactly what you want and you're going to need to customize it. I'm assuming you can't do that yourself given that you said you have no programming experience.
