I would like to get some Help from Experts of this Forum about adding a new feature to my website.
I want to have a page (that is to be used as a blog page) that our editor can upload an image and her text from home, via a simple web interface.

The page will be bacially a 'latest news' page. We have an editor who contributes an aritcle with an image once per week. She is currently sending us the article and image weekly - and we're then having to upload them both each week. We want her to be able to upload them herself via a simple web interface.

So, is it possible in easy way to setup a simple yet effective looking 'latest news' page that includes the following fields for each article:
Article Date
Article Title
Article Text (html or forum style so she can use links)
Article Image

Then each new article should add to the top of the page each time.

I would be very Thankful in this regard to have some Help from Programmers and Experts of this Forum and Platform

Okay so. Do you have MYSQL? Or are you going flat-file? (I'm guessing flat-file?) Do you want her to be able to just login and type in her info (like this forum post. Where you click "new article" and use a rich-text editor?) or do you want her to continue to email in?

the code doesn't vary much but it depends where you want to store the information.
