I have been trying to get a Pastebin script working for a couple of days now, without any luck. I have followed the install guide a couple of times, but everytime I get an error:

There seems to be a problem with the URL rewriting as for the last line of the errors, so I below are the contents of my .htaccess file (not using virtual hosts):

Mod_rewrite is enabled on the server. I have no clue what is wrong, so I hope you could help me interpret the errors so I can fix this.
By the way, I had to change a part of the database query since the one in the install document was not working. Here is the thread I created for that.
