I recently bought the vbSEO script and I got an e-mail saying I need to register at their forums to download my software, but I tried to register for an hour and each time I get a 404 error page after clicking register. I tried in FireFox, IE7, IE6, and Safari on the other computer and still get the same error.

So, I tried to contact them, but as soon as I hit 'Submit' it's the same error! Is this a vbSEO error? I am starting to regret buying this script. How do I get in touch with these guys to get the software I paid for?? Does anyone know?

Well, I'm not sure how you purchased it right away, as I had to register for their forums before making a decision on the software and to purchase it.

But you're saying it's the vbSEO forums you can't register with? Who'd you receive the email from?

But the e-mail is from robot@crawlability.com, so there is probably no use replying there is there?

Can anyone register on that forum at all if you try now?? I've tried from 4 different computers today so I am 90% sure it is their site that is causing the problem. Very irritating with no way to contact them.

Well, I already have an account over there (even though I don't use it very often). And then I logged out to see if it would let me register again (without actually signing up) and I wasn't receiving any errors. I went to:
http://www.vbseo.com/register/

I went in a page or two deep and everything was OK for me.

EDIT: If you'd like, I could send Joe Ward a PM over there explaining you're situation here on this thread. And PM me some details here, of what you'd like to ask him.

The error comes up when you actually hit register. I actually tried it through a proxy server and it gave an error too. Can anyone actually successfully register a test account there? Cos it seems something is up. The last 10 or so registered users got an account on the 18th. There are like 5-10 registrations on the 16th, 17th, 18th, etc. but nothing on the 19th or 20th, could be coincidence, but if others are having difficulty registering...

Do you reckon you can post this as a problem in their technical support forum (if you have an account there already)? I'm realising it's asking you to go out of your way, but I am really stuck here.
