The site I am working on is hosted on fasthosts and the shopping cart system( http://opensolution.org/?p=Quick.Cart ) uses the GD Libary. Now when i go to upload an image via the admin control panel of a product, it comes up with the following error
Fatal error: Call to undefined function: imagecreatefromgif() in \\nas39ent\domains\n\notquitenaked.co.uk\user\htdo cs\libraries\FotoJobs.php on line 247
When asking the people on the forum, they said the GD Libary to be enabled. Which from my experiance you uncomment the line:
extension=php_gd2.dll in php.ini - is this right? if so i have no access to php.ini nor htaccess - so does anyone have any idea on how to resolve this?hope this makes sence and thanks.
As far as I know, you can't do it by yourself.
You need to ask your hoster if they can enable it, or recompile PHP to include it (if it was not included on compile time).
