I am trying to build a comment box but it isn't working. It gives me an error about something. If you need to see my code let me know but I copied and pasted a lot of the code so it should work. If there are any security things to improve could you please explain those to me also.

The error is a mysql connection error - maybe use localhost for mysql host

Anyone know how to fix it though because I have no idea how to use it on my local host and I really don't want to. If thats the only way I will but does anyone know I can show code if needed.
