Would anyone know of a php script that would achieve this via a form page with image upload.

I need to be able to customise the css and style to make it look like the page is now.

Looks like your on Windows IIS asp setup.

You need to use the server technology in conjunction with a datatabase. You would then upload details to the DB and this would 'feed' your site.

Quite a big step from a static to dynamic site. If you've only got a couple of pages doubt whether it would be worth it but if business is growing it would be easier.
