hey guys im using freelancers to create a business and im after advice and tips to better utilize freelancers, improve communication between myself and freelancers and to create a process to take a business concept to completion
these are the steps i have taken so far and steps ill be taking in the future
1 i created a 1200 word document containing my business idea what it does what it is etc
2 i then came up with the business name and then utilized a design contest to complete my logo
3 i have now employed a freelance copywriter to complete SEO website content and sales and marketing plan content
4 i have compiled a list of website templates that i like and will be either purchasing a web template that will be close to my liking and final changes and web content will be added by a website designer
or a new web template/website will be created from scratch by a web developer
5 i will have my sales and marketing content reviewed by friends in the industry and the web developer will also have the role of turning my sales and marketing content into sales aids and a sales presentation
6 i will then consult a business lawyer to finalize my business structure contracts and agreements and any other legals
7 i will then hire a business consultant to finalize my complete business process from client initiation to completion of sale
im still working on a business plan im completing as much details as i can i want to complete my website and sales and marketing plans and talk to professionals to get a better picture of where my business is and where it be going i will be i will most probably outsource this aspect as well
