Greetings, Freelancers. The fact I'm requesting sounds self-evident to you in the basic question above, but the matter has a little more detail.
In our current active project, 1 of our 2 freelancers has bid for $300, but we decided to hand more of his workload over to the other freelancer to lower his reward to $180 instead. He accepted this offer as long as we compensate him for the fee. However, he is worried about this being recorded as an incomplete project against him.
Is there no way provided by Freelancer to settle such a situation as a complete project at a price lower than the initial bid, by acceptance of both parties?
I am asking this because the obvious way to solve disputes is about disputing the release or withdrawal of milestones, but the FAQ does not explain the project's status (can be completed, can't...etc).
