At some stage in the business cycle, companies use consultants.

Consultants I'm referring to are those engaged to perform research/feasibility studies, recommend solutions, develop action plans for problems or make active ongoing team and management contributions (not to be confused with contractors).

How will you and the project benefit from using a consultant?

Consultants are very valuable when an individual does not have the expertise to handle a project. (Particularly big dollar progects where mistakes can be very costly)
The consultant can act as a "go between" to assist with expert communication to the "contractor" and provide solid advise to the original business owner.

We will utilize any consultants we choose to bring in. The future of consulting is the ability to not only access but to be able to distinguish yourself from the bevvy of others.
