Everyone has different situation, so the choice is multiple, you should srearch an investment less competitive and easily to make money, btw, house investment will be a good choice for now.

I have seen this more times, people I know have a hobby which turns into a very productive business for them, which means they can quit their job and now are now doing something they really enjoy doing and making money.

Many people I know have put off the idea of having their own business for one simple reason: they do not have enough money or credit to come up with the necessary start-up capital. They all share they same problem, and they do because all of them have been approaching the issue in the same way: they have all been thinking about getting in business with a franchise, a small store at a mall, etc.

Try to be a consultant? Grab the Business and Outsource it and make it done through Freelancers? Don't you think it is a wonderful Idea? It will take not much cost but yes hard work and time investment is there.

That's a really tough question.
1. THINK what kind of business will you put up i.e. food, clothing, tech
2. THINK what are your talents or assets
3. THINK if #1 and #2 can collaborate
4. THINK of the possible expenses
5. THINK of how to manage the business

Basically, you just need a lot of thinking.

There is quite a bit of good information here. I would say even before using any of it, you need to make sure you have a "business mindset" and you understand how a business works financially.

Do you now the difference between an asset, a liability, income and an expense?

What is the differences between an employee, a self employed person, a business owner and an investor?

Answer these first and I will tell you the next steps.

Not exactly probing questions to determine someone's business management skills or knowledge.

Asking the difference between gross profit and net profit is a better test.
