Scratch Card Pro is the solution. I won't beat around the bush. People have created scratch
card scripts in the past that either didn't work, were not customizable or
they were no fun to play...
oh yeah and the few that did work were expensive.
Scratch Card Pro Works

Well what do you know? He has used the ad on other forums.
Normally, a lot of people around here (including me) consider cross-posting an ad spammy and lazy, especially when it's some script that has the appearance of something low grade like this.
However, you have actually posted once in a non-ad forum, so this is one of those "wait and see" things.

Ouch, is this the general childish attitude in this forum? I wrote ad copy designed for webmasters, its my script and my site, so I am not cutting and pasting anybody but my own work, you will find I wrote different copy for DP and Wickedfire.
I saw no rules on top of the forum, I am not in the habit of posting where not wanted, I noticed many other scripts for sale in this category.
And I assume since your bashing my product that has produced over 100 happy customers in just a few weeks that you can code better? I'm just trying to make a living offering a quality product backed by service.
If thats not welcome in these forums, please delete my post as I do not wish to belong to them.

I'm not knocking the product, in case you didn't read. What I'm knocking is how the product appears, based on the method in which you chose to promote it. In fact, I went a little bit easier on you than I normally would because at least you were "honest" enough (and the jury's still out on that) to say that you cross-posted your message.
Whether or not it's your script and your site means little. The problem isn't the script or the site; the problem is your means of promotion. Going around and dumping ads on all sorts of forums isn't the way to go about promoting anything. It's just self-serving and does nothing to enhance the forums themselves.

If the quality of your product matches the quality of your marketing efforts, that's a bold-faced lie...but that's nothing new online. Guy writes some script, guy spams forum boards, guy gets angry and indignant when he's rightfully called out on it, guy doesn't understand why his vested-interest answers don't fly due to emotional and personal bias. I-I-I-meme-I-I-I.

Fair enough
I do however find your comments rude, Im sure your responsible for a few people not staying on these forums if this is how they are treated. If the forum owners didnt want ads what did they expect people to place in "Website content for Sale"?
In my experience your best bang for your buck is to advertise to the correct audience, in my case Webmasters, so I sought out reputable forums for webmasters.
This is great fun by the way, more so because as smart as you think you are making me out to be this big spammer your wrong. Ive only posted In 3 forums, DP, Wickedfire and Here all weeks apart. (Oh and a paid ad on Sitepoint). Besides that everything else is paid ads.
Looking forward to your rebuttal, each new message keeps this at the top of the page, and Im loving the sales

There really isn't much need for a rebuttal at this point. Intelligent people will realize that you're not here to help others and just here to line your own pocket while spamming forums (something you've confirmed repeatedly), and a few unintelligent people won't bother to read and understand why your marketing methods indicate the quality of your work and may or may not buy your script.
At this point, I'll leave it to the judgement of people in here and if you want to keep spamming, have fun.

WTF? Who cares if he's cross posting! People do that all the time! That's what the content forum is for. I hate it when I post something and people act like there's something wrong with it or that I broke rules. I do think there should be constructive criticism but topics like these can be very discouraging to the starter. My advice is to keep trying to sell whatever the that is and keep posting on webmaster-talk.
Can somebody please explain why you consider this topic spam?
Thanks

I've bought this script (from another forum) and I have to say it is a quality script ... easy to set up and easy to run ... and I have to add that when I run a "sale" I post in more than one forum ... of course it may have been better if he had had a chance to build up his post count before he started the sale on here ... but given the friendly way he's been greeted I wouldn't be surprised if he doesn't stick around ...
and liamizdabest - I'm confused as well ... I mean seeing a advert in a "content for sale" section of the site was a surprise I must admit ... but maybe if people had been either more positive or even just kept quite the OP may have come back and been a "useful productive" member of the board ... but now I wouldn't blame him if he didn't come back ... and I know he can be a helpful person as he has help me with a coding problem (not on this board or about this script) ... shame really how new members get scared away ...

Nope the "content" forum is, oddly enough for selling real content NOT advertising your product
