Question, I think I need to change the way the user uploads photo. If they upload from there computer to my server, it's really show. I think that discourages the users. Is there a photo hosting somewhere that I can integrate with my website? I don't mind coding.

You can always use services like http://photobucket.com/, http://imageshack.us/ and others
