Hey Guys,
Well I am really into gaming and I know a bunch of people who are too. More then 600. Recently a important gaming league went down. It was probably one of the best. Well I am trying to get a team to organize a new league, new system, and new style of league gaming. PGE - Professional Gaming Evolution.
To start out this is going to take a while to build. I need a solid staff to help me with the coding/design of this website. Also donations can help. When the league gets bigger I will be charging players who play at a certain skill level of the league. That money will go to you. Partners and affiliates can help with income too.
Outline
The league is a multi-gaming leaguege. Some games to start out are:
Counter-Strike:Source
Battlefield 2
Counter-Strike 1.6
Team Fortress 2
More games will come if more people are willing to make them
There will be leagues and ladders for all the games
Ladders will be teams/clans can join and challenge other teams and clans.
If they win the go up a rung
Leagues are more of seasons of gaming. 14 weeks. First 2 are preseason - so teams can get ready. The 8 weeks are teams randomly paired with other teams in there division. Divions are Amateur, Intermediate, Advanced, and Professional. You can get up to a higher division by placing top 4 in your current division.
Aftet the 8 weeks the top teams that went undefeated or got a very good win/loss streak will go to playoffs. In playoffs, teams will fight for a championship which if they win is money, prizes etc.
Every user will have there own profile on this site. They can join/create a clan and be part of the community via forum too.
A big problem with a lot of leagues is cheating. I want this league 100% cheat free.
I need a bunch of Anti-Cheat admins a long with a program to run in the background during matches that will detect any hacks/programs that give players illegal advantages.
Thats an overview of the league. When it gets further into development then I will discuss more options and details for the league.
