i didn't know there was such thing, post exchange. well, its just that once a forum is popular, people would just post what they feel like posting with out any trade or something. but, I guess its better than hiring poster, cheaper should I say.

I don't know how you are on direct competition, personally I allow it on mine

I don't think it's a good idea, but I agree exchanging posts is better than hiring some people to post in your site.
