Google Adsense always denies my forums when I apply. Please tell me why.

Probably a content Issue at the moment, set up a seperate site with pages of content and resubmit it and you should be fine..

Probally some content on your website, They problly saw something they did not like

I canceled my adsense account, wasnt making any real money, I am currently trying Text-link ads. lets see how this goes.

I had same issue with one my blog. First it took the ad place and later when I change the content.. pooooof..! the ad was gone, and I tried but no results..

and then I use ad text link which is working fine for me.

It could also be the fact that Google may think that your content is not monitored before it is published to the public.

yes...probably they didn't like the content on your forum and also if its is monitored properly or not..

isn't there any other program like adsense which works on same principles and also pays you well??
