VIP Incentives

I'm hoping that as a group, we can compile a list of incentives that you can give your users for a VIP membership.

Here's what I have so far.

Access to a private forum
Free @yourdomain.com email
Color Username
Custom usertitle
Awesome looking VIP badge under your name.
Bigger Avatar
Bigger Sig
Ability to upload images (Everyone else has to go to Photobucket and it's just more annoying)
Private contests
Other special features such as your own blog, etc.

Well, if you have a time limit that is kept between making posts, you could eliminate this for the VIPs.

You could also have a VIP only chatroom.

If it's a technical forum of sorts, you can give your VIPs 24/7 technical support via chat/phone etc.

Meh, just my 2 cents.
