I have been make the thing like forum, this is Engineer forum, can you see that,
because i don't know, good or not good.. i an the beginner in the online forum..

I want to make a forum by my self that would be very helpful for me after reading that article.

I am also a member there in earners forum, and that is a really good suggestions. That is pretty long article, but I am sure, when you read all of them, you will get more confident and positive attitude than before.

That's a pretty good article, I think that should be posted up as a sticky somewhere considering the number of "How do I x when I start a forum?" questions.

That's probably the best article on starting a forum I've seen in a long time.

Just to add... if you are considering doing paid posts, consider advertising on Craigslist.... people on their will do it for cheap... just watch out for the people that post crap posts that don't help.

And... spam filters... research and use them or your forum will easily be crowded with ads for porn, weight loss and Nigerian "bankers." I've even seen this on dead forums... I have a forum up which ceased to be used 3 years ago and never got a lot of posts... but to this day it still gets spam posts.

A forum can easily be successful if you will provide all of the section what your visitors want and a lots of members who are interested to cooperate each other. Mostly the people like to visit forums for a freelance jobs or to get their solutions.

nice this is awesome ... thanks for sharing this nice article. having a forum really helps a lot in driving in for the traffic. but the only real problem when you are starting out your forum is to get some members.

Here what I think - work. work and work. From morning till night. In other way you will never get succesful forum even if you will got a thousands dollars budget.

Exactly; it's not about the money - what it's about is dedication, passion and effort.
