Just a few suggestions from me,
1. The best way to produce a minimum sample quantity to deliver to buyers.
i see this as a crucial marketing plan in your business and can be a long term strategy for success. I do suggest that you can tie up with local supermarkets or big boys supermarkets depending on your budget. Else local bakeries or breakfast outlets. You have to focus the tie up based on needing a small space to promote your product. This can be achieved by renting or giving free cartons with your line of products on shelves. Hire a few part time promoters and work only in the mornings and or weekends. Get the promoters to cook on the spot and encourage tasting, the key to success, as in any food promotion, is the taste, smell and presentation of product. Make sure people gather for free sample tasting and encourage buying on the spot with buy now! promotions. Do this for a half a year, im sure your business will fly. I advised the same strategy to a bakery and now they are operate a chain in both singapore and china with revenues over 6 figures.
If budget is a main concern, never fear. Do the co ordination with breakfast outlets and work on a minimal rental plus profit sharing plan with them. Try with one and aim for more. You or your immediate family can be the promoter at these outlets and you can save money on hiring as well.
Based on my personal calculations, you only need time, effort and the cost of your cereal to kick off. All the best! any questions juz let me know, these are just my 2 cents worth.
